When you stay with us your accommodation is the whole house - in the centre of its own Hunter Valley vineyard, Gabriel's Paddocks Vineyard and Winery.
The house is just 1km from the Hunter Valley’s premier golf course, The Vintage Golf Course, and minutes from the Hunter’s other famous golf courses, Cypress Lakes and the Hunter Valley Golf and Country Club.
On site, there is our very own cellar door and winery - Veladare Wines - home to some of the Hunter Valley’s great wines.
Gabriel’s Paddocks offers vast lawns for outdoor activities among the vines and ample space for entertaining, sipping Hunter Valley wine and enjoying food with friends.
There's a pool for summer and a huge log fire for winter.
Gabriel’s Paddocks features a luxury 7 bedroom home with a gourmet, newly-renovated kitchen and stunning, spacious entertaining areas.
Our glorious sunroom features a 10' billiards table, adjoining an outdoor dining courtyard with BBQ.
Three of the seven bedrooms have ensuites - including one with a bath and all three with showers. There is an additional large bathroom and separate toilet.
