Veladare Wines

Gabriel’s Paddocks is home to a fully operational winery and cellar door named Veladare Wines.

Veladare Wines makes some of the Hunter Valley’s great wines, from a family-run boutique winery that produces limited quantities using grapes from the estate’s own long-established vineyards as well as the best of the McLaren Vale.

Winemaker David Fatches - pictured above - brings his 20-plus years of making wine in the Hunter Valley, France and South Australia to an exciting range of wines.

His strictly limited-release wines are released only twice a year and typically snapped up by Club Members.
